That's Right! Cheese!!!
Cotswold is my go to cheese. Whenever I'm unsure of what to get, Cotswold is the answer. I'm not saying it's the fanciest froo-frooiest cheese around. No sire Mr. Frenchman. It's a man's cheese, a rich bold flavor that stands it's ground against any other cheese. Double Glouchester blended with Chives and Spring Onions that complement the smooth yet tangy Cheddar like flavor. It's great with beer, especially a pint of something dark like a double stout, but it's no stranger to the finer things. That's right, it goes good with a glass of wine too. It's a great all around cheese that goes well with pretty much anything. So man up, raise a pint and Say yes to Cotswold!
